The DMN
tube diverter has been designed for pneumatic conveying in sectors
where the highest hygienic standards must be met. Therefore the
diverter is used in the food processing and pharmaceutical industry.
The component can also be used for more standard applications. |

A flexible tube with the main stream
of powder is connected to two
diverting lines by a sliding
arrangement. Inflatable seals in the
sliding arrangement prevent air
leakage and product contamination. |

The diverter is easy dismountable
without tools and can be taken apart
in 2 to 3 minutes to facilitate
cleaning. Product degradation is
prevented by the flexible tube. |
|
The TDV diverters are available in 7
sizes of 40 to 150, covering a tube
diameter from 38 up to and including
168 mm. |

Product
information
The sliding arrangement of the TDV is made in polished stainless steel
316. The seals are made of FDA approved polyurethane, the tube of FDA
approved PVC. The components are assembled on a plate with a protecting
cover. |
