The DMN
MALD rotary valves have been designed for metering and the pneumatic
conveying of products in powder form. |
|
With direct drive the MALD is
a compact unit with an easy detachable rotor The valve is also
available in a chain driven version. |
|
The MALD valves are available
in 5 sizes covering a capacity range from approximately 0.8 to 19
liter per revolution at 100 % filling. |
|
The MALD valves are available
in cast iron, aluminum and 316 stainless steel versions. The body
and end covers are made from high quality castings. Variations as
nickel and chrome plating are available on request. |
|
The rotor is supplied with 8
fixed vanes in the standard version. A rotor with replaceable blades
is available as an option. The end covers have inboard bearings. The
shaft sealing is by means of lip seals, with the option of air
purge. |
|
The
standard model is suitable for handling products up to a temperature
of 70°C, and a maximum pressure difference of 1,5 Bar. The valve is
pressure shock resistant up to 10 Bar pressure. |
