Easy to install, operate, and maintain, Griffin's cylindrical filter dust collectors are an efficient economical solution to dust and product recovery. These pulse jet units provide continuous fabric filtration for extended periods. And without internal moving parts, maintenance is kept to a minimum.

• Control panel in NEMA 4 enclosure standard for all Cylindrical Filter models—shipped loose for field mounting
• Standard bag removal is from the side access door—top bag removal available as an option

VERSATILE AND EFFICIENT OPERATION

1. Dust laden air enters the collector through the hopper or through a tangential inlet.
2. An internal baffle distributes the dirty air within the housing, reducing air velocity.
3. Heavier particles drop into the hopper, while lighter particles collect on the outside surface of the bags.
4. Filtered clean air flows to the clean-air chamber and exhausts through the outlet.
5. Periodic compressed-air pulsing removes accumulated dust from the bags with cleaning frequency and duration adjusted by solid-state timers.
6. Dust falls into the hopper or bin for removal

• Material deflector – includes tangential inlet with inertial separator to force heavier particles downward
• Hopper – standard 60° slope with flanged discharge
